🧒 Drawing has always held a special place in my life.

As a child, I spent hours sketching, and those around me recognized my natural talent. In 2008, I even won a comic book competition organized by the town of Solliès-Ville with my story titled Oscar Palace(spoiler: it will probably resurface 15 years later!). After high school, I took a completely different path, distancing myself from the artistic world. For several years, I didn't even feel the urge to draw. It wasn't until 2023, thanks to an unexpected opportunity offered by my company, that my passion resurfaced. This moment marked a decisive turning point in my life: I decided to make drawing much more than just a hobby, fully immersing myself in this profession.

👷‍♀️ From Engineering to Illustration

In 2014, I earned my scientific baccalaureate with honors. At the time, I aspired to become a veterinarian, and although I loved drawing, I chose science over art. After obtaining my DUT (technical degree), discouraged by an internship in a veterinary clinic and the prospect of a preparatory year with little chance of success, I gave up my dream of caring for animals.

In 2021, I completed a Master's degree in Environmental Science and joined Solvay, a large Belgian chemical company. I worked as a life cycle assessment engineer: I analyzed the products and projects in Solvay's portfolio to communicate their environmental impacts, aiming to find ways to reduce them. However, despite the enriching work and great colleagues, I felt something was missing.

That's when an idea started to take shape: our team needed a fun and original way to highlight its work. I proposed creating a comic strip newsletter. Taking advantage of my vacation, I created the first episode and presented it to the team upon my return. The episode was unanimously approved, and we decided to publish it on the intranet...

The result exceeded all our expectations: it was a huge success! Seeing my illustrations resonate with people reignited a spark I thought I had lost.

🎨 February 2024: A Decisive Turning Point

Last year, I made a life-changing decision: to leave my engineering job and fully dedicate myself to my passion, giving it the attention it truly deserves. This was a major shift in my life, as I chose to turn drawing into something far more than a hobby and pursue this career full-time.

My team at Solvay (now Syensqo) was the first to believe in me and support this decision. Even after my departure, they offered me the chance to continue the comic strip newsletter project with a portage contract, allowing me to combine my passion with my profession.

Today, I navigate between two worlds:
On Instagram, I'm known for my animal illustrations and playful creations.
Professionally, I specialize in visual storytelling, combining technical knowledge with artistic creativity.

💝 My Values

My journey has taught me to cultivate true harmony between different aspects of my life and work. I deeply believe in the importance of collaboration and authenticity in any project. I'm drawn to what is beautiful, and my sensitivity allows me not only to fine-tune the details that make a unique touch but also to perceive the deeper aspects of my clients, ensuring that every project aligns perfectly with their personality.

I love the challenge and learning every day – this is what drives me and pushes me to constantly improve.
